Pagi Rabu

Morning!!!!

Huarghhhhh...ngantokk....tap Alhamdulillah bukan subuh gajah..korang breakfast ape ari ni??? Tetengah bepk2 pasal breakfast tetibe rasa mcm nak diet kalori..hehe..mmapu tak rasanye..hurmm..aku pagi ni biasala breakfast cappuccino + quaker oat shake lupa plak buh susu skett..so mcm kurang "kick" sket la arini punye breakfast.. 
Anyway its better la dari langsung tak amik breakfastkan?? 

Hurmm..why do i bother with breakfast??? Because..breakfast is very essential especially for growing kids and women who are trying to lose weight..but its depends on what you eat lah..Kalau korang makan 2 bungkus nasi lemak 1 pinggan roti canai..mustahil la nak lose weightkann..mengantokk lg adelah..heh..ni da kire proses penambahan berat badan + meningkatkan risiko sebagai (pengidap) heh..
